Hello Family,
I was going to wait until it happened, but I can tell you now. Well I have some exciting news about what will be happing this week and next week. Vivian is having her baptismal interview on Friday and then her baptism will be next saturday  march 2 :) . Vivian is so funny. This Sunday during church they announced that in April there will be a temple trip and she said she wanted to go. So after sacrament meeting she pulling me with her so I could ask someone more about it. And since her baptism is next week she can go. She really wants to haha. I think I told you that she is 18.
I do not know how many we got, it was just a lot.  I actually have no idea about the other missionaries. We do not find out about those things until transfers end. So we will see. In my ward there are four missionaries. Sorella Eaton grew up in Washington and then moved to Idaho. I think I told you that she served in Collegno, Florence and now here.
Well that is exciting that Parker is completely finished. I bet that you are happy about it. I bet that he is happy it is done with though. Mom you need to learn not trip on things like dad says. Haha, well at least it was not as bad as it could have been.
Ooh I am excited I love his drawings. I am sorry I have been so bad at writing letters here in Milan. But really I cannot wait to see what Conner drew me.  First can I ask if mom was using the computer? I am just kidding, I remembered that something always happened when you were mom. But at least you got a new one.
Your week just seems to be always busy. I hope it will be better, but I realized it will not slow down until after tax season. Well I love you and hope that you continue to have a wonderful day and a wonderful weeks. Tell Conner and of course Parker that I love them.
Love,
Ali

Hello Family,

Haha do not worry about it, I kind of figured since we had to do p-day in a different day that would happen. Mom I am taking pictures, I just have not had time to get them developed. Do not worry, I am taking pictures with my companion. And you will get them.
Sorella Eaton is my new companion. One thing that I have thought about it my companions just keep becoming smaller and smaller. I do not think there is any one smaller in the mission yet, but we will see. Our ward is in Italian, but sometimes it is hard for some of them, but they are learning just like all the others.
This transfer we only got 2 new sisters but I think the next we will be getting 15 or more I am not sure. They said the next transfer there will be a lot. We received a lot of elders. And I mean a lot.
I want to tell you of one of the coolest things that happened this week. So this sunday we had a inactive member come to church and we had been working with her for a long time. The missionaries I think have been working with her for over a year. And she came on sunday for the first time in 14 years!! I was so happy. I mean I was not even sure she was going to come, but she did.
This transfer started out interesting. My companion on Saturday and sunday was very sick. She had a bit of a fever and had threw up, so she needed to stay inside. The thing was we had lessons planned for that day and I had the chance to organize a split with a member. And the most amazing part was the first to people I called were able to do it. I had the split organized in 15 minutes, we made it to the appointment and everything. But our ward is just amazing. Because it was easy to find people who were willing to help us. Then the next day our phone broke. So after the two days of my companion being sick our phone broke. And we had to organize how we were going to get a new one. We went to a members house and she allowed us to use hers and we got it all taken care of. But we were a little late to our appointment that night and we could not call them to tell them we were going to be late. I forgot the address, but I knew the street they lived on and some how we made it to their house in 17 minutes when it normally takes 30. It was a crazy day.
But so yea, we have had a interesting start, but I know there will be amazing things happening. Well I love you all and please mom be safe! And hope you all have a amazing week.

Love,

Ali

Hey Family,
This week we had p-day on tuesday instead of wednesday. We are doing this because the new missionaries are coming this week and we have the change to help them with their first missionary experience at the duomo tomorrow. And we are going to have one of the Italian new missionaries stay at our house. Oh and we cannot have P-day thursday because my companion Sorella Gomez is being transferred to Genova and so I am going to be with Sorella Eaton. All I know is that she is from Utah and that she trained Sorella Willis. So on Thursday I will meet her at the transtation and so this week is a little different.
Well one thing I know I can say from this transfer with Sorella Gomez and that I sure worked hard. I know that sometimes your results do not show your efforts, but one thing I have no regrets about this transfer. I learned alot and I am grateful for the opportunity I had to serve with her.
I will tell you a little about our week. Something that has been a great blessing from the Lord is that we have been finding people to teach. And you are always grateful when the second appointment goes through and lately they have. One thing that I am grateful for in Milan is that if a appointment is cancelled there is still a billion people to talk to (okay that is a bit dramatic, but there are so many). We hard a first time investigator in church on sunday (trust me we were happy) and the ward was so amazing, everyone was talking to him. It does make it easier because he speaks spanish and so does the rest of the ward so they just were pros. Two eight year old children were baptized by their fathers on Saturday, but it was a perfect time to bring our investigators. Vivian came and she had loved it. And then she came on Sunday again. She is just a gem. Even with our lessons we still found time to do some parco and one thing I love to do is sit and talk about the gospel in the park. We are working with this less active member and his girlfriend. And my favorite part of our lesson that we had last sunday is when he said I feel like I am repenting. I can definitely see the how it is effective me life. I think when ever I hear someone truly saying that they feel they are changing it is just amazing. I know I use that word all the time but it is true. One thing I know is that I love this City. Well I hope all is well and I know that you guys are doing well. I love you and I will hear from you next week. Well I cannot think of anything else. So I Enjoy your week.
Love
Ali
